  1. Acceptance of Terms By joining the Home Buyers Coaching Club ("the Club"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with membership.
  2. Membership Eligibility Membership is open to individuals who are actively seeking to purchase a home or who are interested in learning about the home-buying process. The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion.
  3. Membership Fees and Payments
  • Membership fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.
  • The Club may offer different membership tiers, each with its own pricing and benefits.
  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  1. Coaching Services
  • The Club provides educational resources, individual and group coaching, and guidance on home buying but does not offer legal, financial, or real estate representation.
  • Coaching sessions and materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
  1. Code of Conduct Members are expected to:
  • Engage respectfully with coaches and fellow members.
  • Not share or distribute Club materials without permission.
  • Avoid solicitation or self-promotion within the Club.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in termination of membership.

  1. Cancellation and Termination
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, but fees will not be refunded.
  • The Club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other misconduct.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The Club is not responsible for any decisions members make regarding their home purchase.
  • The Club is not liable for any financial loss, legal issues, or real estate transactions resulting from participation in coaching programs.
  1. Modifications to Terms The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
